#3 Smoothie Sahur
So for sahur I decided to pack some weekly smoothie packs and freeze them. I made 14 packs so far.
My greens are spinach and watercress, cucumbers, my fruits are oranges,apples, pineapples, grapes, and I added yoghurt and chia seeds, my liquid base is just plain water. You can put milk if you want to.
Only one hour to prep all the packs. And the yoghurt, you can freeze it in a ice cube maker and pop it out and pack together with the greens and fruits.
For the recipes, I basically mix
1 green + 1 fruit + yoghurt + chia seeds.
Tips: if you hate bitter taste of the greens, you can squeeze in half of lemon juice inside.
